Fully supported
Glued laminated timber (also known as Glulam or BSH) and solid timber (KVH) both act as support structure in timber construction. Glued laminated timber is especially suited for high loads and long span widths and/or building elements with particularly high requirements on dimensional stability and looks. Glulam cannot only be found in roof trusses, but also in smaller overhangs and carports, wherever it comes down to dimensional stability and the best quality. Solid timber is excellently suited for timber frame construction. Furthermore it is built into concealed areas such as roof trusses and beam structures.
